Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches, restocks, holidays, or high-volume sales periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Section & Saddle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email containing your shipment details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Local Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local pickup unless otherwise announced through our social media or website.
